Ghidighici Reservoir

Ghidighici Reservoir is an artificial reservoir on the Bîc River within Chișinău Municipality, Moldova. It was created during the mid-20th century and serves as a municipal water resource and local recreational area.

The reservoir’s shoreline is used for informal recreation including fishing, small boating and local leisure activities, with access points and facilities at several locations around the water. It is a common day-trip destination for residents of Chișinău.
