Harrisburg International Airport (MDT): Harrisburg is the closest major airport to Gettysburg - the drive to Gettysburg is about 35-45 minutes (≈30 miles). Rental cars are common at MDT; taxis or private transfer to Gettysburg typically cost in the range of $60-$120 depending on service.

Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) & Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA): Both are larger options if you want more flight choices; expect a 1.5-2.5 hour drive to Gettysburg depending on traffic. By Train & Bus

Train: Gettysburg has no Amtrak station. The nearest Amtrak-served cities are Harrisburg (Harrisburg Transportation Center) and Lancaster.
