Fortín de San Gerónimo (also known as San Gerónimo Fort) is a small colonial-era fortification located at the eastern edge of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was built to help guard approaches to San Juan Bay during the Spanish colonial period.

The site is a compact masonry fortification positioned on the waterfront, offering close-up views of the city’s historic fortifications and the adjacent coastline. It is typically visited as part of walking routes around Old San Juan’s shore defenses.

Constructed during the Spanish colonial era, the fort formed part of the wider system of coastal defenses protecting San Juan from maritime threats and served as a watchpoint and artillery position. It has been preserved as part of the city’s collection of colonial fortifications.

The fort sits on the eastern side of Old San Juan, on the islet that forms the historic core of the city, overlooking the entrance approaches to San Juan Bay and the adjacent Atlantic shoreline.
