Feklistova Island

Feklistova Island is an island in the Shantar Islands group in the Sea of Okhotsk, within Khabarovsk Krai, Russia. It is a remote, largely undeveloped island in the Russian Far East.

The island is visited for its coastal landscapes, seabird colonies and marine wildlife typical of the Shantar archipelago. Beaches and rocky shores are the main visitor features; there are no tourist facilities on the island. Travel is seasonal, with the short summer offering the safest conditions for small-boat landings and wildlife watching.

The island has no major built structures and has been used historically only for seasonal hunting and fishing camps rather than permanent settlement. It is part of the broader Shantar Island environment, which has been subject to limited scientific and conservation interest.

Feklistova lies in the Sea of Okhotsk off the northern Pacific coast of Khabarovsk Krai, within the Shantar Islands archipelago. It is remote from major towns and is reached from regional ports by private vessel or expedition boat.
