Falmouth is best reached via Sangster International (MBJ) with a short road transfer into town. Knutsford Express and private transfers provide comfortable coach options; local minibuses and taxis serve shorter trips.

By Air

Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay (MBJ): MBJ is the main airport for reaching Falmouth and western Jamaica. Travel time from MBJ to Falmouth is about 20-40 minutes by road depending on traffic; private airport taxis and transfers commonly cost US$25-45 for the trip.

Norman Manley International (KIN): Kingston is a much longer drive (around 3.5-4.5 hours) and is used mainly for arrivals to eastern Jamaica rather than Falmouth/Montego Bay area visits.

By Train & Bus

Train: Jamaica does not have an intercity passenger rail network.
