Fajã da Ovelha (Madeira) is best reached from Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira Airport (FNC) by car or regional bus. Madeira has no rail network; regional bus operators (Rodoeste and others) serve western villages but a rental car gives the most flexibility.
Madeira Airport (Funchal, FNC): Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is the island’s main airport; from FNC to Fajã da Ovelha the drive takes about 35-50 minutes depending on traffic and route.
