How to Get to Encamp
Encamp is an Andorran parish close to Andorra la Vella and is most easily reached by bus from Barcelona or Toulouse-or by car. Andorra has no airport or railway; scheduled coach services are the main public transport connections from nearby international airports.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN): BCN is a common international gateway for Andorra. From Barcelona take a direct bus (Alsa / AndBus / Novatel) to Andorra la Vella or Encamp-coach journeys from Barcelona airport or Barcelona Sants to Andorra typically take about 3-3.5 hours and fares are commonly in the €25-40 range one‑way depending on the operator and booking time.
Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS): Toulouse is another nearby international airport; direct buses to Andorra operate from Toulouse (approx. 2.5-3 hours) with fares often in the €15-30 range. Driving from either airport is also an option (roughly 2-3 hours).
Train: Andorra has no railways. The nearest major rail stations are L’Hospitalet-près-l’Andorre (France) or stations in Catalonia (e.g., Barcelona Sants); from those stations you take a bus or private transfer to Andorra.
Bus: Regular bus services (Alsa, AndBus and regional operators) run from Barcelona, Toulouse and Girona to Andorra with stops in Encamp and Andorra la Vella.
