From Akure airport you can take a metered taxi or arrange a prebooked car to Efon-Alààyè; the drive is roughly 1-1.5 hours. Shared minibuses (bush taxis) also run from Akure town toward Ekiti towns - expect a short wait at the airport for a transfer and typical minibuse fares considerably lower than a private taxi.

From Lagos you can continue by intercity coach or private car to Efon-Alààyè; road travel time is usually 4.5-6.5 hours depending on traffic. Many visitors fly into Lagos and then take an overnight or daytime coach to the Ekiti area (see buses below) or hire a private driver.
