How to Get to Duyun
Duyun is well connected to Guiyang and the rest of Guizhou by high-speed rail and intercity buses - trains are often the most comfortable and reliable option for regional travel.
Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport (KWE): Guiyang is the nearest major international airport serving Guizhou province. From Guiyang you can reach Duyun by high-speed train or long-distance bus; driving takes about 1.5-2 hours by road depending on service and route. Car rentals and intercity taxis are available at the airport.
Duyun Airport (if available for regional flights): Duyun previously had limited regional air services - check current flight schedules, as most travellers use Guiyang for reliable connections.
Train: Duyun is served by rail (including high-speed services) on routes connecting Guiyang with southern Guizhou and Guangxi. High-speed trains from Guiyang to Duyun typically take around 45-90 minutes; fares commonly range from CNY 20-80 depending on class and service.
