Dundas Island is an island off the north coast of British Columbia, Canada, within the coastal archipelago of the province. It is largely forested and sparsely populated.

The island and surrounding waters are characteristic of BC’s outer coast, with rocky shorelines, temperate rainforest and marine habitats that support fisheries and wildlife. Access is by boat or floatplane from mainland coastal communities.

Dundas Island sits in the marine channels north of the BC mainland and is part of the complex island geography of the region around Prince Rupert and Haida Gwaii.

Dundas Island is accessed by private boat or charter from Prince Rupert or other coastal communities in northern British Columbia. There is no regular ferry service; plan logistic and permits ahead and be prepared for basic anchoring facilities.
