Dromoland Castle is a country estate and historic castle in County Clare, Ireland, historically associated with the O’Brien family and today operating as a hotel and leisure property. The present house and estate incorporate medieval origins and later remodels across centuries.

Dromoland Castle is about 20 minutes’ drive from Shannon Airport (SNN) and roughly 25-30 minutes from Limerick city centre. It is signposted from the N18; taxis and car hires are available at Shannon Airport.
