Dobrush is reached most conveniently from Gomel by short regional train or bus; Minsk is the main international gateway with longer road or rail connections. Regional marshrutkas and trains are the practical options for most travellers.
Gomel Airport (GME): Gomel (Homel) has a regional airport with limited scheduled service; most international travellers use Minsk. From Gomel airport to Dobrush town centre it’s roughly a 30-60 minute taxi or bus ride depending on route; local taxi fares are low (ask locally for current rates).
Minsk National Airport (MSQ): Minsk is the main international gateway to Belarus. From Minsk you can reach Dobrush by regional train or long-distance bus; travel time by road is approximately 3.5-5 hours depending on traffic and service chosen.
Train: Dobrush is served by regional Belarusian Railway services; the local station is Dobrush (Добруш). Regional trains to Dobrush from Gomel take around 40-70 minutes depending on service; ticket prices are very low by international standards (a few Belarusian rubles / BYN).
