Dent d’Oche is a mountain in the Chablais Alps in Haute-Savoie, France, rising to about 2,200 meters above sea level. It is a prominent limestone peak near the French shore of Lake Geneva.
A distinctive steep-sided summit, it draws day hikers and scramblers who follow a range of marked trails and ridge routes. The summit ridge offers wide views of Lake Geneva, surrounding Alpine ranges and, on clear days, distant Mont Blanc.
Geologically part of the Chablais Alps, the peak is formed largely of limestone and shows typical alpine karst features. The area around the mountain has long been used for alpine pasture and seasonal grazing.
