Deng Deng National Park Wildlife Reserve

Deng Deng National Park is a protected area in Cameroon’s East Region established to conserve forest and savanna habitats and the wildlife they support.

The park contains a mixture of closed canopy forest and open savanna and is recognised for populations of large mammals and primates, including elephants and chimpanzees in parts of the protected area.

The park was created as part of Cameroon’s network of protected areas to safeguard biodiversity and provide a managed landscape for conservation and monitored tourism.
