Daimabad is an archaeological site in the Indian state of Maharashtra identified with Chalcolithic and Bronze Age occupation and notable for recovered metal objects. The site has produced pottery, settlement remains and a significant assemblage of copper and bronze artefacts.
Excavations in the mid-20th century uncovered settlement layers, artefacts and a metal hoard that have informed understanding of prehistoric metalworking and regional connections during the late Chalcolithic and early Bronze Age periods.
