How to Get to Corralejo
Corralejo on northern Fuerteventura is easily reached via Fuerteventura Airport (FUE) with a straightforward bus or taxi transfer. Ferries from Lanzarote are also a common option for island‑hop arrivals.
Fuerteventura Airport (FUE): Fuerteventura’s main airport serves Corralejo and other northern resorts. From FUE you can take the island bus (line often operated by Tiadhe/Intercity) or a taxi to Corralejo. Bus transfers take about 35-50 minutes and typically cost around €3-€6; taxis to Corralejo run ~€35-€45 (fixed fares may apply).
Lanzarote (ACE) / Other Canary airports: Visitors sometimes combine flights between islands; direct ferry transfer from Lanzarote to Corralejo (Playa Blanca → Corralejo) is common if arriving in Lanzarote. Ferry fares vary (around €20-€40) and crossing takes ~25-40 minutes.
Train: There are no trains on Fuerteventura.
Bus: Intercity/Island buses connect Fuerteventura Airport, Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo. These are the most reliable public option; schedules match many flights but check the last bus times during low season. Bus fare is low (single digits €) and travel time ~40 minutes from the airport.
