How to Get to Coredo#
Coredo, in Val di Non (Trentino), is most easily reached via Verona or Bolzano airports, then by rail to Trento and onward by Trentino Trasporti buses. The final leg into the valley is by regional bus or car-mountain roads mean longer travel times than straight-line distance suggests.
Verona Villafranca (VRN): Verona is one of the most convenient airports for Coredo; from Verona, trains or buses to Trento take around 1-1.5 hours, then local buses up Val di Non toward Cles/Coredo.
Bolzano Airport (BZO) / Brescia/Bergamo: Bolzano has limited scheduled services; larger hubs like Bergamo (BGY) and Verona offer more options and sensible onward rail/bus connections into Trentino.
Train: The main regional rail hub is Trento (Trento FS). From Trento, Trenitalia and regional buses run up Val di Non toward Cles and Coredo; total travel from Trento to Coredo area is around 60-90 minutes by bus.
Bus: Trentino Trasporti operates regular buses from Trento to Cles and onward to the smaller villages including Coredo. Buses are typically timed to meet train arrivals; check seasonal timetables for mountain routes.
How to Get Around Coredo#
Reach Coredo via Verona or Bolzano + train to Trento, then Trentino Trasporti buses into Val di Non. For full flexibility in the mountains rent a car; public buses are reliable for scheduled daytime travel.
- Train (Trenitalia to Trento) - Trento is the nearest major rail station with frequent regional and intercity connections. From Trento you switch to regional buses for the Val di Non; trains are comfortable and connect well with local bus timetables. Reserve seats on long intercity runs in high season.
- Regional Bus (Trentino Trasporti) - Trentino Trasporti runs buses from Trento to Cles and the Coredo area. Buses are the standard public-transport option into the valley; services are more frequent in daytime and reduce in the evenings. Tickets can be bought at stations or from drivers where permitted.
