Chinhoyi is an easy road trip north of Harare and is commonly reached by bus, private car or occasional rail services. There is no regular commercial airline service directly to Chinhoyi - Harare is the nearest international gateway.

By Air

Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport (HRE) - Harare: Harare is the nearest major international airport for Chinhoyi. From Harare you can drive or take a bus north to Chinhoyi (about 1.5-2.5 hours depending on traffic and route).

Chinhoyi Airport / Local airstrips: Chinhoyi has a small airstrip used for private flights but no regular commercial airline service; most visitors arrive by road from Harare.
