Central Park Tower

A supertall residential skyscraper on West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York, noted for its extreme height and luxury condominiums. Construction was completed around 2020-2021 and the tower forms a prominent part of the city skyline adjacent to Central Park.

The building contains high-end residential floors, building amenities and a retail podium at street level; it is primarily occupied by private residences and limited public access is available only to the ground-level retail spaces. The tower stands on Billionaires’ Row opposite the southern edge of Central Park and is visible from many points across midtown Manhattan.

Developed in the late 2010s as part of a wave of new supertalls, the tower was designed and built to house luxury condominiums and related amenities, changing the scale and profile of the 57th Street corridor.

Located on West 57th Street at the southern perimeter of Central Park in Manhattan, the site sits directly on the edge of the park and within walking distance of major Midtown landmarks and transport hubs.
