The Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site in Flat Rock, North Carolina, preserves the home and farm where poet and writer Carl Sandburg lived during the later part of his life. The property interprets his domestic life, writing, and the working farm he maintained.

Carl Sandburg purchased the Flat Rock property in 1945 and lived there with his family until his death in 1967; the site was later established as a National Historic Site to preserve the house, farm, and landscape associated with his life and work.
