Cape Blanco (Oregon)

Cape Blanco is a rugged headland on the southern Oregon coast, known for its exposed cliffs and ocean-facing position. It is one of the state’s prominent coastal points and is included within a state park that preserves the shoreline and lighthouse.

The site is a popular place for coastal walking, photography, and birdwatching, with trails and viewpoints that look out over the Pacific Ocean. The historic Cape Blanco Lighthouse, first lit in 1870, is a key feature and focal point for visitors.
