Calibishie is a small village on Dominica’s northeast coast best reached by road from the island’s airports (Douglas-Charles or Canefield). Shared minibuses and taxis link coastal villages; renting a car gives the most control.

By Air

Melville Hall / Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM): The largest airport on Dominica with flights to/from regional hubs; Calibishie is on the northeast coast, about 20-40 minutes by car from DOM depending on route. Taxis and car hire are available at the airport.

Canefield Airport (DCF): Closer to Roseau and serves short regional flights; ground travel from Canefield to Calibishie is longer (often 45-75 minutes) due to road routing across the island.
