How to Get to Bukkehøe #
Most approaches start from the nearest valley roads in the Jotunheimen area. From Gjendesheim or Fondsbu, access is on marked trails and alpine paths; the nearest larger towns are Otta to the east or Lom to the north. Driving on County Road 51 (Sognefjellsvegen) and local forest roads will get visitors to trailheads; in high season local shuttle and tour operators run transfers to popular trailheads.
