Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park is a large protected area in central Georgia surrounding the resort town of Borjomi and extending into adjacent mountain tracts. The park covers a broad area of forested mountains, deep gorges and alpine ridges and is among the country’s largest national parks.
Visitors use the park for hiking, forest walks, wildlife observation and access to the historic Borjomi spa town and its mineral springs. The landscape includes mixed deciduous and coniferous forests, mountain meadows and extensive trail networks.
