Bokaa is a village east of Gaborone and is most commonly reached via Gaborone's airport or road. Travelers normally use Gaborone as the transport hub and continue to Bokaa by taxi, shuttle or local minibus.
Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (GBE), Gaborone: Gaborone’s international airport is the nearest major airport. From Gaborone to Bokaa the drive is roughly 20-40 minutes depending on traffic and exact start/end points; taxis and car hire are the standard options-expect short-transfer fares and modest rental rates.
Johannesburg OR Tambo International (JNB), South Africa: For many international travelers JNB is a common entry point; onward travel to Gaborone is by scheduled coach or flight into Gaborone (GBE). Road transfer from Gaborone to Bokaa then follows local roads (see train & bus card for coach options).
