Bluewater Shopping Centre is a large regional shopping and leisure complex in Greenhithe, Kent, England. It opened in 1999 and is one of the United Kingdom’s largest enclosed shopping centres.
The centre houses more than 300 shops and a wide range of services spread across multiple covered malls, including major retail chains and smaller specialist stores. A multi-screen cinema and extensive dining areas provide leisure options beyond shopping, and the layout includes internal plazas and outdoor terraces.
Developed in the late 1990s and opened to the public in 1999, the complex replaced earlier industrial uses on the site and was constructed as a purpose-built retail destination. It has expanded and been refurbished in phases since opening to update retail space and public areas.

Bluewater Shopping Centre is in Greenhithe, Kent (Borough of Dartford), on the eastern side of the M25. By car from central London follow the M25 eastbound to Junction 1 and follow local signs for Bluewater/Greenhithe (allow around 30-45 minutes in typical traffic); the centre has large on-site car parks.
By public transport the nearest rail stations are Greenhithe (for Bluewater) and Stone Crossing on the North Kent line (Southeastern). From those stations you can take a short local bus or taxi to the shopping centre (walking from Greenhithe to Bluewater is roughly 20-30 minutes depending on route).
