Blois Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Louis de Blois) is the Roman Catholic cathedral of Blois and the seat of the local diocese, with medieval origins and visible later-period alterations.

The present cathedral evolved from earlier medieval churches and underwent substantial rebuilding and reworking during the 16th and 17th centuries.
