Blatnica village lies about 25 km southeast of Žilina or 10-15 km from Martin. Drive to the village and follow signposted trails toward the castle; there is an uphill marked footpath of roughly 30-45 minutes from the village center. Public buses run to nearby towns-connect via Martin and then take a local bus or taxi to Blatnica.
