How to Get to Blankenberge#
Blankenberge on the Belgian coast is easily reached by rail from Bruges and Brussels, and Ostend is the closest small airport. Trains are the most convenient way to arrive and to travel along the coast-buses fill in local routes.
Ostend-Bruges Airport (OST): Ostend is the nearest small airport; commercial services are limited but it’s a short drive to Blankenberge. From Ostend station (not the airport terminal) the train to Blankenberge takes about 10-15 minutes and costs a few euros.
