Developed by Bitexco Financial Corporation and designed by architect Carlos Zapata, the tower was completed and opened in 2010 as one of Vietnam’s early high-profile skyscrapers. Its distinctive silhouette and observation facilities quickly made it a recognized city landmark.
The tower sits in District 1 in central Ho Chi Minh City, near commercial streets and the Saigon River, and is accessible from major city arteries and public transport routes.
