Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest

Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest is a large conservation and learning landscape in Kentucky that combines cultivated arboretum collections with extensive managed forest. The property covers more than 16,000 acres and serves conservation, education and recreation purposes.

Within the property are formal and informal arboretum plantings, demonstration gardens, trails and interpretive exhibits that introduce regional ecology and horticulture. Visitors can access trailheads, a visitor center and a variety of walking routes through planted and native forest areas.
