Baroiyadhala National Park is a protected national park in Bangladesh’s Chittagong Division conserving hill forest and associated wildlife. It was designated to protect the area’s forested ridges and watercourses.
The park contains undulating hills, forested slopes and small streams and is used for hiking, wildlife observation and local recreation. It supports regional biodiversity and provides a green space near urban Chittagong.
The area was formally gazetted as a national park to conserve forest and watershed values and to regulate recreational use.
Situated in Chittagong Division, the park lies in the foothills near Chittagong city, approximately 30 kilometers from the city center, and is accessible by local roads from the Chittagong metropolitan area.

Baroiyadhala National Park lies in Chittagong Division near Sitakunda and is reached by road from Chittagong (Chattogram). Visitors typically drive or take a local bus/taxi from Chittagong city toward Sitakunda and follow the local roads into the reserve area; travel time from central Chittagong is on the order of under an hour by car depending on traffic. Public buses and shared taxis run between Chittagong and Sitakunda, after which local transport is needed to reach park entrances.
