Ballon Generali is a tethered panoramic balloon attraction in Parc André-Citroën in Paris’s 15th arrondissement that offers aerial views of the city from a fixed mooring. The balloon lifts passengers on a tether to give a broad, elevated panorama rather than an unmoored flight.
