Abeno Harukas sits directly above/attached to Tennoji Station in Osaka. The complex is served by JR West (Tennoji Station-Osaka Loop Line and other JR services), Kintetsu Abenobashi Station, and Osaka Metro (Midosuji Line and Tanimachi Line).

The building is effectively a station complex - once you arrive at Tennoji/Abenobashi station it is a direct connection or a 0-5 minute walk into Abeno Harukas.
