How to Get to Frégate Island
Access is by helicopter from Mahé (about 30 minutes) or by speedboat transfer from Praslin or Mahé arranged through the resort. Inter-island flights to Mahé depart Seychelles International Airport (SEZ); transfers from the airport are organized by the resort.
