How to Get to Žminj#
Žminj (Istria County) is best reached via Pula Airport with a shuttle or bus to Pula and a short regional bus or taxi to Žminj. Car hire is convenient for exploring Istria’s interior and nearby hilltop villages.
Pula Airport (PUY): The closest airport for Žminj in Istria. From PUY take a shuttle or taxi to Pula city centre (≈30-50 HRK / ~€4-€7, 20-30 min) and then an intercity bus toward Rovinj/Labinst or local routes to Žminj (journey from Pula to Žminj about 30-45 min by road).
Rijeka Airport (RJK): An alternative depending on connections; Rijeka is on the Kvarner and requires a longer road trip across Istria to reach Žminj (expect 1.5+ hours by bus or car).
