Local moto-taxis are cheaper for short hops (S/2-5) but luggage-handling will be limited.

Bus: Yurimaguas has a Terminal Terrestre where regional buses and colectivos connect with towns such as Moyobamba and Tarapoto. Expect journey times of several hours depending on destination; fares on regional routes are modest (tens of soles) and vary by operator and comfort level - ask locally for current prices and schedules.
