How to Get to Vrnik #
Vrnik is reached by private boat or local excursion from Korčula town (about 3-5 km away) and from the Pelješac port of Orebić. Boats land on rocky coves; ask skippers for the lee side when seas are wavy.
Tips for Visiting Vrnik #
- If arriving by boat from Korčula or Orebić, ask the skipper to drop you on the rocky lee side - the island has no official pier.
- Bring sturdy shoes and sun protection; there is no shade or services on Vrnik.
- Look for the low, square stone tower ruins at the island's highest point; it's an unmarked but reliable landmark for orientation.

Best visited between late spring and early autumn for calm seas and access by local boat.
