How to Get to Volcán Isluga National Park #
The park is remote in Chile’s Arica y Parinacota Region. The usual access point is the town of Colchane or the village of Isluga; both are reached by long drives from Arica (roughly 3-5 hours depending on route and border controls).
Most visitors arrive by 4x4 from Arica along Ruta A-27/A-35; hire a local guide or arrange transport through tour operators in Arica or Putre to navigate unpaved roads and high-altitude passes.
