Terrick Terrick National Park is a protected reserve in north-central Victoria set aside to conserve remnant native woodlands, grasslands and granite outcrops. It preserves fragmented box-ironbark and associated vegetation typical of the region.
The park offers a network of informal walking tracks that pass granite tors, native grasslands and patches of woodland, making it a destination for birdwatching and low-intensity bushwalking. Native wildflowers can be prominent in season on the open ground and rocky outcrops.
The area was reserved to protect remnant native vegetation and geological features; management has focused on conserving habitat for native flora and fauna and controlling invasive species. Traditional Indigenous connections to the land are part of the park’s cultural context.
