How to Get to Szczyrk#
Szczyrk is a mountain resort in southern Poland best reached via Bielsko-Biała from Katowice or Kraków. The usual pattern is rail to Bielsko-Biała then a short bus or taxi up to Szczyrk.
Katowice Airport (KTW): Katowice is the nearest major airport for Szczyrk (roughly 70-90 km). From Katowice you can take a train/bus to Bielsko-Biała and then a regional bus or taxi up to Szczyrk; total travel time is commonly 1.5-2.5 hours depending on connections.
Kraków John Paul II International Airport (KRK): Kraków is another option (about 80-110 km); travel to Szczyrk usually involves a train or bus to Bielsko-Biała followed by a local bus or taxi to Szczyrk.
