Stadion Narodowy is Warsaw’s national stadium in Poland, opened in 2012 and built for UEFA Euro 2012. It is the largest stadium in Poland with a seating capacity of about 58,000 for football and major events.
The stadium features a full spectator bowl, corporate hospitality areas and a mechanically operated retractable roof that permits all-weather staging of sport and concert events. The venue hosts international football, domestic cup finals, large concerts and exhibitions, and is configured for conferences and shows as well as sport.
Construction began in the late 2000s to replace the former Stadion X on the same site; it was completed and inaugurated in early 2012 for Euro 2012. Since opening it has been used regularly for national team fixtures and large public events.
The arena sits on the eastern bank of the Vistula River within Warsaw, a short distance from the city centre and well connected by public transport and major roads.

How to Get to Stadion Narodowy #
Stadion Narodowy sits on the east bank of the Vistula in Warsaw and is directly served by Warszawa Stadion railway station (suburban/SKM and regional trains). The station exit is a short walk to the stadium; many tram and bus lines also stop nearby and walkways from the riverside and city centre lead to the arena.
By car follow the main east-west routes across Warsaw (look for signs to ‘Stadion’/Narodowy) and use the stadium parking or nearby public parking; central Warsaw public transport (ZTM) and regional trains provide frequent connections.
