Spoleto Cathedral

Spoleto Cathedral (Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta) is the main cathedral of Spoleto in Umbria, Italy, known for its Romanesque façade and important interior frescoes.

Inside, visitors find a decorated apse and nave with fresco cycles and notable altarpieces by Renaissance-era artists. The exterior features a large rose window and sculpted portal that overlook the town’s principal square, while a campanile stands beside the main body of the church.
