Skantzoura is a small, rocky and uninhabited islet in the Aegean Sea, administratively part of Greece and the Thessaly region. The islet is characterized by steep shores, sparse vegetation and no permanent settlements.

The island is primarily of interest for navigation, natural history and as part of the archipelago of small islands in the Aegean rather than for regular tourism infrastructure. Access is by private boat only and there are no visitor facilities.
