How to Get to Seven Mile Beach National Park #
The park lies on the South Coast of New South Wales near Gerroa and the town of Berry. From Kiama it’s roughly a 15-20 minute drive; from Nowra about 25-35 minutes. The Princes Highway / Pacific Highway connect to local turnoffs; parking areas and marked access tracks lead down to the beach. Public transport options are limited-best reached by car.

- Enter the park via the Shoalhaven/Berry side for easier parking access rather than attempting to park at the busiest beach carparks.
- Sunset is the photographic prize-arrive 45-60 minutes before sunset to walk the dunes and secure a view unspoiled by latecomers.
- The coastal heath is home to nesting shorebirds in spring; keep dogs leashed and stay on designated tracks during breeding season (check signage).
