Sarzana Cathedral (Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta) is in the centre of Sarzana. Take regional Trenitalia trains on the Genoa-Pisa line to Sarzana railway station; from La Spezia the train ride is short and by car Sarzana is about 15 km from La Spezia via the A12/E80.
From Sarzana station it is an easy 5-10 minute walk (roughly 500-800 m) into the historic centre where the cathedral is located.
