Racconigi Castle

Racconigi Castle is a historic palace in the town of Racconigi in Piedmont, northern Italy, known for its role as a royal residence of the House of Savoy. It forms part of the group of Savoy residences inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The site combines an ornate palace with a substantial landscaped park. The palace contains state rooms and representative apartments from the period of Savoy rule, while the surrounding grounds are laid out in a largely English garden style with extensive tree plantings and promenades.
