Provins is most easily reached from Paris by Transilien line P from Gare de l’Est to Gare de Provins (about 1¼ hours). For day trips from Paris the regular regional train service is the simplest and most reliable option.

By Air

Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) / Orly (ORY): Provins has no airport of its own; most visitors fly into Paris (CDG or ORY) and continue by train. From CDG you can take a shuttle or RER to Gare de l’Est area for onward trains.

Beauvais / Vatry / Regional airports: These are alternative entry points but usually require longer onward travel by coach or train to reach Provins.

By Train & Bus
