Best Time to Visit Paracas #

Best time to visit Paracas is December-March when skies clear, waters warm and boat trips to the Ballestas are calm. Avoid the garúa foggy months if you want sun, though wildlife viewing is rewarding year-round.

Garúa (Cool, Foggy)
June - November · 12-18°C (54-64°F)
Cool, gray fog dominates mornings and evenings; beaches look dramatic but it's chillier and overcast, less ideal for sunbathing though birdlife remains active.
Warm Season
December - April · 20-26°C (68-79°F)
Sunny, calm seas and warm air make boat tours and beach time delightful; expect more tourists but much better visibility for wildlife viewing.
Windy Season
September - November · 15-22°C (59-72°F)
Stronger winds and choppier water can disrupt boat trips; kite- and wind-sport lovers relish the conditions, but expect sandblasted beaches.
