Palazzo Madama

Palazzo Madama is a historic palace in Piazza Castello in Turin that combines a medieval castle core with later Baroque and aristocratic additions. It now houses the city’s Museo Civico d’Arte Antica.

Architectural layers that contrast a fortified medieval structure with 17th-century Baroque remodeling, visible in façades, grand staircases and decorated state rooms.
